The September Lunch & Learn presentation will be an
introduction to Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) and
specifically Home Energy Renovation Opportunity (HERO) that is
offered by Renovate America. In this session you will learn the
background for the creation of PACE Assessments, how the use of
PACE/HERO can be a vehicle to finance the energy efficiency of
residential properties, and how HERO is being adopted across
Missouri. The presenter for the Lunch & Learn will be Rick
Hoffman, a 40+ year veteran of the real estate industry. Hoffman
has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry from
the creation of residential real estate companies, land and housing
development, President of the Greater San Diego Association of
REALTORS®, multi-year director of the California and National
Associations of REALTORS®, and Chairman of the Board of Real Estate
Business Services a for profit arm of the California Association of
REALTORS®.
