“Did someone say hot cocoa and peppermint schnapps after
yoga?”
This 45-minute yoga flow is for all levels with the instructor
offering variations for different levels of intensity. You can
expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full
circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures,
twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. This will bring
you lots of energy and focus for your meeting during the
conference. Start out on the right foot with a power yoga class!
