GRI 116: Introduction to Commercial Investing

Wednesday, April 22, 2020; 9:00a-12:00p

This course is approved for 3 hours of  Elective CE credit and 4 hours of GRI credit

This course will be instructed via distance delivery and student attendance will be monitored and enforced.  Students are required to sign an attestation confirming that form they will attend 100% of the class instruction time (minus breaks) prior to the start of the course and prior to receiving their CE Certificate.  Certificates will be emailed after the class to each attendee once attendance has been verified.

Nate is the President of Real Estate Solutions, a full service commercial and residential real estate brokerage in St. Louis, Missouri. He served as the 2011 President of the St. Louis REALTORS® and chaired several committees. Nate has also served as the President of the St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP). On the state level, Nate chaired the Economic Development Council and served as a State Director. In addition to being a National Director, he was appointed to the 2014 Smart Growth Advisory Board by the National Association of REALTORS®.
