The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the generally recognized ethical and performance standards for the appraisal profession in the United States. USPAP is updated every two years so that appraisers have the information they need to deliver unbiased and thoughtful opinions of value.

The 2018-2019 USPAP Update Student Manual is included in the tuition fee and will be distributed to attendees on the day of the course.  IMPORTANT NOTE:   The Appraisal Foundation requires that all attendees must either have a working digital copy of the 2018-2019 USPAP on a computer or a printed copy of the 2018-2019 USPAP (which includes the USPAP Advisory Opinions and USPAP Frequently Asked Questions – FAQs) to receive credit for the class.  Electrical outlets will be available for use of computers during the class.
